May draws us into a season of real, visible growth where roots reach deeper and strength builds quietly beneath the surface. As spring settles in with all its fullness, we’re reminded that true growth rarely announces itself overnight. It unfolds in the quiet moments, through steady, intentional care.

This month, let’s pause and consider: What are we rooted in? How are we tending to our spiritual lives? When we are grounded in God, growth is guaranteed it may not always be immediate or obvious, but it will come in its own perfect time.

There will be seasons when progress feels slow or even invisible. Yet, even then, God is at work, doing what only He can do beneath the surface. Before the fruit ever appears, the roots must go deep. God is strengthening your foundation, your faith, your obedience, your trust, and your dependence on Him.

May invites us to stay planted, to turn away from comparison, and to trust that God’s timing is never late. Every promise He’s spoken over you is held in His hands.

Sister, you are not behind. You are not forgotten. You are growing exactly as God intends. As you continue to root yourself in His Word and His presence, you’ll find that flourishing isn’t something you achieve by striving, but something that happens as you abide. Let this month be a gentle time of nourishment, patience, and quiet confidence God is faithfully doing His work in you.

Scripture Focus:

“Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord… they will be like a tree planted by the water.”
