Hotel Accommodations Hotel costs are separate from the Being Made Whole registration fee. Shared Rooms Guests sharing a room are responsible for their individual portion of the room cost. ***NOT INCLUDED*** TRANSPORTATION, PARKING, MEALS OUTSIDE OF THE EVENT, PERSONAL EXPENSES, AND INCIDENTALS ARE NOT INCLUDED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. Incidental Hold The hotel may require a $100 incidental hold per room at check-in using a credit or debit card. This amount is based on the 2026 hotel policy and may change for 2027.
