In a world where “truth” seems to shift with every headline and feeling, God’s truth stands unmovable. As we enter October, let’s center our hearts on what never changes: God is truth, His Word is truth, and He calls us to live and worship in spirit and in truth (John 4:24). No matter what our circumstances look like or how our emotions make us feel, God’s truth is the foundation that keeps us steady and grounded.
In this journey of life, there may be times when we face uncertainty, but God’s truth stands firm through every change. His Word never shifts with the seasons. God is not only the giver of truth—He is Truth. Jesus declared, “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6), and the Holy Spirit faithfully guides us into all truth (John 16:13). This is the anchor for our souls.
There will be times when life feels overwhelming or confusing—when what we see and feel is at odds with what God says. The world around us can be loud, and our emotions even louder. In those moments, we have a choice: to lean into our emotions or to anchor ourselves in God’s Word. The truth of the matter is that God’s promises do not fail. He does not lie or change His mind (Numbers 23:19). When we come honestly before Him, bringing our doubts, fears, and struggles, He meets us with grace, right where we are. There is no shame in needing His help; there is only freedom in His truth.
Sisters, Jesus promised, “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:32 NLT). That freedom is yours today. This month, may we as His daughters not only know God’s truth, but also walk in it—boldly, confidently, and with hearts wide open to all He has promised.
